Here's How It Works
Schedule an initial consultation, where we'll get to know each other and you'll tell us all about your dream trip. We'll also chat logistics, like dates, budget, and restrictions.
We go do the research and work with our network of travel suppliers to put together a couple of different proposals that we think check all of your boxes, and send them to you for review. If one hits the spot, great! If not, tell us what you like and what you don't from each and we'll come back with another round. We'll iterate as long as necessary to find the perfect trip, though for most clients, two or maybe three rounds of proposals is usually enough.
Now comes the fun part - it's time to book! We'll send over a final itinerary for authorization. Once you've approved, we'll make your arrangements directly with the suppliers using your credit card and send over confirmations directly from them. We'll also talk about travel insurance - in our eyes, it's a must have.
Get excited - your trip is coming up! We'll reach out to confirm final payment details, if applicable, a couple weeks before the due date so that we can have plenty of time to get everything taken care of. As departure day approaches, we'll send over final confirmations, weather forecasts, and last minute destination info. If anything comes up (blizzards are great once you're on the mountain, but not so great when you're trying to get there), we'll be proactive about identifying backup plans and reroutes (and this is where your travel insurance can come in handy, too).
Travel! Take lots of pictures, make lots of memories. Rest assured that if anything at all comes up during your trip, we're standing by to help you out. One quick call or text to us and we'll take care of whatever needs to be taken care of - don't waste your vacation waiting on hold!
